Purpose and goal

Carry out an innovation procurement with the goal of establishing a solution that clearly prevents falls in the healthcare environment. The project will define the goal and utilize the market´s innovative solutions to how this is done best. The project will reduce the number of casualties by 20% within 3 years. Compliance: So far in the project, the assessment is that we will achieve our goal. All of our phases have been implemented and we have enough information to complete the project. Expected results and effects

All phases in the project have expired as planned with a one month delay. The entire process of information exchange early supplier meetings to procurement started a lot of commitment and we got with very many qualified suppliers. What we also want to convey is the great endorsement of Region Skåne (RS), many activities that have contributed to a very rewarding dialogue. Planned approach and implementation

During this period we have gone through an intensive knowledge acquisition phase. Potential suppliers are identified and a structured knowledge gathering regarding suppliers´ ideas, concepts and thoughts takes place. At the same time, we are striving for the demand side to be as accurate as possible and accommodating. We want a learning to occur both on the demand side and the supplier side. The market is geting prepared and new solutions are taking form.
