Important results from the project
The project has been driven by CASL and Triple Steelix to examine organizational characteristics and how these contribute in different ways and hinders innovation and renewal. The consensus of research shows that: - The general rule is that the interaction fail, or have a lack of quality over time, except for the ´customer / supplier relationships´ - Growing consensus on six key success factors: inclusion Common purpose systems Thinking investigative attitudes constructive dialogues Innovations ability
Expected long term effects
Starting points for driving future R & D projects related to collaboration: Giving descriptions of and ´recipes´ for leadership in the organizational gaps that are significantly more powerful than the romantic and quite naive as research has delivered so far. Approach and implementation
In this project, a questionnaire sent to companies involved in R & D projects within the innovation system Triple Steelix. The survey has been compiled and analyzed by CASL. A number of meetings and video conferences have been conducted in this work.
