Purpose and goal

The purpose and objectives of the project have been met. The project has identified a solution with great potential for all parties. The project has defined a plan concerning how new solutions and processes can be developed and utilized. Relevant needs of stakeholders and users have been identified. The project has conducted an analysis showing the needs and conditions in a global marketplace, including how our own solution and structure relate to it. We have increased and established a number of relevant participants into the project. We have also developed a draft on the contract.

Results and expected effects

The project has identified a solution with great potential for the patient, healthcare sector and pharmaceutical industry, which has been analyzed with good results. The solution has huge potential to be the basis for an improved solution. We think the circumstances are very good achieving the defined objectives of the project. The project has conducted an analysis showing great needs in the area of which we operate and good conditions for us to succeed relative to other initiatives. We have increased and established a number of relevant participants into the project.

Approach and implementation

The project has defined a plan concerning how new solutions and processes can be developed and utilized. This will be performed in consultation with the extended project team where the solutions will be designed based on defined goals, and then developed and evaluated on the basis of the various stakeholders and users defined needs. We have established a number of relevant participants to the project in order to secure positive results. Our ability to successfully implement the project´s intentions is good, including further development and deployment of the solution.
