Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project has been to consolidate an actor constellation and to develop a solid foundation for the next stage in the development of a decision support system that can describe the connection between action and effect in a clear and educational way. One specific goal has been that there should be a shared view on the concept within the project group and a clear project plan that can be the basis for an application to stage 2 of the UDI call. The goal will be met and an application will be submitted.
Results and expected effects
The most direct result of the implementation of stage 1 is that an application to step 2 will be submitted to the UDI stage 2 call. There is a consensus, a detailed project plan and consolidated constellation with a great willingness to move forward with the development of a decision support system. An already achieved effect is there has been an exchange of knowledge between project partners on national and international level that extends beyond this project.
Approach and implementation
The project partners put a great effort on developing the effect logic and break it down into work packages and a detailed project plan. This was done in meetings and in workshops with in put from the reference group. Between the project team meetings, working groups met separately and developed their work packages. The structured work and commitment of the project team led both to all the objectives for stage 1 were met and that there is now a strong consensus and deep insight into the effect logic and implementation plan of the entire project.
