Important results from the project
The goal was that teh candadate should visit SIK to get to know the insitute and become familiar both with Sweden and the Swedish aquaculture sector and to write a proposal. All of these goals are fulfilled.
Expected long term effects
The main result of the planning grant is that aproposal for a post-doc-project has been submitted to VINNOVA.
Approach and implementation
It has been working really well working with the candidate, he has quickly become part both of the group and grasped the research field, which partly is new to him.
