Important results from the project
The aim of the project is to contribute to the development of new methods for practical change management and integration of the genderperspective within the organisations, with new internal processes as a result. The project will look into how ´gendermarking´is an obstacle to the development of innovations and organisations. The objective of the project is to increase the equality within Fiber Optic Valley in terms of both quantity and quality.
Expected long term effects
Through an active work with the change process and with an increased awareness of the normative thinking about gender, new internal processes and structures will be introduced. This will increase the innovative qualifications and the competitiveness both for the organisations and the regional environment.
Approach and implementation
The strategy is focused on the development of a methodology for integrating change-processes within the organisations. The project is mainly focused on four different processes; 1.Integration of the genderperspective at an organizational level 2.Management and gender knowledge 3.Innovationforum - a method for information and training 4. Genderresearch focused on the development of new products and services and how to handle resistance.
