Purpose and goal
The purpose of this project is to evaluate the benefits of an on-line traveller information system, if it has a function, for whom and in what way, i.e. for the customers, for society and for the producers of transport services. The project will be based on an licentiate thesis and the Tåglus-project. The work will result in a PhD-thesis.
Results and expected effects
The results will show the effects of the traveller information system produced in order to improve elderly and disabled peoples possibilities ti travel by public transport. The result will contribute to improved traveller information services in the future, especially elderly and disabled travellers.
