Important results from the project
The purpose of this project was to develop a plan for launch of the EasyAngle outside the Nordics. This was done successfully during the project and today our internationalization activities are based on this plan.
Expected long term effects
The expected effects of the results of this project is fast and efficient launch of the EasyAngle outside the Nordics. We have already establised collaborations with partners in France and Switzerland and are having discussions with other partners in a number of countries.
Approach and implementation
An analysis of a number of launch-strategies, e.g. direct sales, distributor, agents etc. was evaluated by the consultant in collaboration with Business Sweden. After this a number of key-partners were identified and these were visisted by the consultant and one of the founders. These meeting was a great way to create personal relationships which enabled a quick start of a commercial collaboration.
