Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project was to create a technical solution for "Easier creation of video and distribution". The goal was a cost-effective and flexible application that would make life easier for filmmakers through a digital flow.
Expected results and effects
The result is the new technical platform New Media TV. Through a digital flow and modules for automation and machine learning, the platform has attracted customers in, among other areas, the publishing and film industry. Expected effects are to grow internationally and create new jobs.
Planned approach and implementation
The plan was to divide the development into the four work packages (1) to investigate and design the business and payment model, (2) the development of prototype, (3) the development of new knowledge in order to investigate the possibilities of machine learning and AI and (4) growth and international establishment. The implementation was to involve the customers in product development at the earliest possible stage, learn more about the need and build and launch the technical platform based on customer needs. Towards the end of the project, the focus was on creating growth.
