Purpose and goal
Further develop methods for innovation and idea generation within the service design practice. This project is also intended to result in a deeper understanding of the methods and processes underlying approach and opportunities. Another goal is that the ideas generated can be assessed and validated safer and reduce the risk that resources are devoted to developing ideas that do not give desirable results. One aim of the project is to strengthen the design industry in general and service design industry in particular.
