Purpose and goal

Smartphones are getting increasingly powerful and complex and therefore generate more tech support calls to manufacturers and operators. To addess this need Tific will extend its award winning Tific Support Automation Platform to support Android based smart phones. Tific´s solution reduces tech support volume by automatically detecting and fixing tech problems, what Gartner calls self-healing. Tific will gather the requirements from two smartphone vendors and thereafter extend its platform to meet these requirements.
