Important results from the project
The project is a complementary project for the fabrication of 1200V, 50-100A SiC JFET devices based on DENSOs SiC JFET technology. The fabrication will be done mainly at Acreo´s process line in the Electrum laboratory and partly also at DENSOs R&D laboratories in Japan. The fabricated JFET devices will be packaged in discrete form and as power modules and will be evaluated in systems. The goal is to do the evaluation with at least one system company located in Sweden.
