Coordinator EXPONENTIAL HOLDING AB
Funding from Vinnova SEK 900 000
Project duration December 2016 - August 2017
Status Completed

Purpose and goal

The project has achieved its goals and objectives through theoretical literature research, mapping analysis and practical exploration with individual in-person meetings. The learning outputs and insights of the project have been captured and used as material for the theoretical manual. Furthermore, the prototype for the education program has been developed and further cooperation with universities has been established.

Expected results and effects

Our work during this project has resulted in an environment mapping analysis, four completed workshops, an interview study, a database with potential speakers and clients for the education program and the development of the theoretical manual. All this material will contribute further to the educational program which aims to strengthen the positive impact and acceleration of digital transformation in Swedish business.

Planned approach and implementation

The project´s activities have been executed according to the initial plan and all the external parties have appreciated the information and knowledge that was shared. The project´s group constellation had useful complementary perspectives, which added to a successful collaboration between the parties. Through the interview study that we conducted, we verified the results of the environment mapping and the workshops. We have then directly been able to transfer our conclusions into an educational program, which will drive and support key steps towards a more digital society.
