Purpose and goal
The objective of this project was to create and define a IP-strategy. We have done so by first analyzing the current situation, and after that writing recommendations on how we can improve this situation. on top of that we have been able to create a long term practical IP approach which we will implement in our daily processes.
Expected results and effects
The concrete outcomes are written in a IP-strategy document. This document is an analysis of our current situation, with recommendations for improvement and a guidance document with recommendations to manage our IP-strategy in the future. Generally we can say that this project now enables us to better manage all IP related issues.
Planned approach and implementation
The implementation is basically immediately, after receiving the recommendations and strategy guidance we are now in the process of building this into our company processes.
