Purpose and goal
- Digital planning and navigation has been presented, and demonstrations have been done, to all stakeholders in the Region Örebro. - Installations have been made in the operating room and sterile department. - Software has been installed in the hospital´s IT environment. Three pilot operations are conducted.
Expected results and effects
In the pilot activities that have been carried out, good opportunities have been created to implement digitally-aided navigation and planning in the daily operations. Pilot operations have shown that the new technique can be implemented in the normal environment of the hospital.
Planned approach and implementation
The three pilot operations has enabled the adjustments that a sharp use of the equipment actually required. Logistics issues have a good solution. Now remains wide employee training and capacity (financial resources) for the experiment can be scaled up and implemented.
