Purpose and goal
Chinsay has created a platform that enable its clients within freight and commodity industries to extract previously unobtainable value from contracts, and distribute information and knowledge to all parts of the organisation. Chinsay has created a modular and collaborative based platform that can serve the needs of different companies based around a standard process, and provide tools to manage operational risk and extract information from contracts.
Expected results and effects
Chinsay 3.x converts a traditionally necessary administrative task to a value driver for the whole business by protecting them against operational risk, which helps manage a myriad of unobserved or unmanaged risks, whilst also creating opportunities for clients to change trading patterns or price risk more effectively.
Planned approach and implementation
By having developed new functionality Chinsay offers increased transparency and control through active management of operational risk during the contract creation process as well as throughout the contracts life cycle.
