Purpose and goal
Improved buildings is the most realistic method to reduce green house gas emissions. A prerequisite for such results is access to improved simulation methods to compute indoor climate in relation to used energy. The proposed project aims to develop this: a method for prediction of local room conditions without use of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), which today is much too slow for whole-building, whole-year analysis both with respect to machine and man time.
