Catalyzing meetings - using collaboration to develop collaboration

Purpose and goal

The project has helped to create processes and tools that have facilitated the development of Stockholm University´s collaborative and innovation strategy. The work has resulted in increased support for students, researchers and teachers to initiate, develop and formalize collaboration projects. This has further improved the exchange with the surrounding society, which increases the quality of research and education and contributes to the development of society.

Expected results and effects

Meetings, processes, checklists, inspirational seminars and good examples of collaboration to facilitate the initiation, development and formalization of collaboration projects are concrete results of the project. This has lead to more and deeper collaboration projects and formalized agreements with strategic partners. The knowledge about collaboration has increased.

Planned approach and implementation

The work in the project has been performed in cooperation with students, teachers, researchers and other stakeholders through workshops, seminars and interviews. This has facilitated user support for and utilization of the tools. During the course of the project, challenges and needs were identified, resulting in new development projects that all has contributed to the development of how the university works with collaboration.
