Important results from the project
The purpose of the case studies is to describe and analyze how design and fashion companies exercise leadership and is able to hold a high creative level in its operations and development. The starting point is how they manage and organize creative processes in the company and how the company utilizes its creative result commercially. Based on these issues, the questions of organization, marketing, brand building and licensing are developed. Interviews with the main stakeholders in the company will be conducted.
