Purpose and goal
The purpose of Building permit at a key is to develop the digital services that municipalities need to manage the planning and construction process digitally. Pilot study goal has been: * Identifying key development areas for the Stage 2 project, not to investigate in detail who and how many digital services to be developed. We have identified what we see needs to be done and has developed a rough project plan. * To form a sustainable constellation of step 2. Sustainable constellation is on the table. The most important parties are co-founders, others are affiliated partners
Expected results and effects
During the pilot study, we have developed a methodology for cooperation and development. Development of digital services and integration of systems will be based on the municipalities´ existing IT environment. Work will begin on a small scale with three test environments and then be scale up to more municipalities. We can conclude that there is great variation in the existing IT-environment and how far the municipalities have come in of digitalizing of their processes. It will be a great challenge to create solutions that can be compatible for all municipalities
Planned approach and implementation
The project´s original division into five work packages in addition to project management and administration was changed when we found that the division did not meet our needs. The work has since been driven in six working groups AG: Information / PR, guide, Sandpit, information dependencies, e-services, e-archives. The work in each AG has been determined by the person responsible for the AG. Most of the work has been performed remotely even if some physical meetings have been held. In step 2 solid days each month for WS will be scheduled for concentrated work and meetings between AG.
