Purpose and goal
The project gave us the opportunity both to broaden and deepen our knowledge and understanding for the data sources and needs of our targeted market, but also to identify and initiate cooperation with a partner active in digital marketing. The collaboration has led to a deeper knowledge of the problem area, as well as a clear market validation.
Expected results and effects
The project has resulted in that we now have a system with enhanced functionality, and a partner who has clearly verified market needs. Furthermore, the project has resulted in a clear and thorough roadmap for the development and near future launch.
Planned approach and implementation
The project design and implementation has been right and has been successful. The project has resulted in an exciting new collaboration and a planned launch in 2017. Data sources have been explored and broadened the offer. Business model is adapted based on new learning and knowledge.
