Project duration January 2016 - December 2017
Status Completed

Purpose and goal

Through collaboration with other incubators in Fyrklövern, we have actively participated in learning and experience exchanges, both in Sweden and internationally. We have participated in SIR with all employees, and we have also participated in ERFA - SISP meetings for all incubator leaders and communicators in Sweden. We have also had ERFA meetings with Uminova, Movexum, Dalarna Science Park and Skellefteå Science City. We have also participated in Peer Reviews together with SISP, Peak Region Incubator in Östersund, Movexum in Gävle and Ideon Innovation in Lund.

Expected results and effects

Among other things, the cooperation has led to a letter of intent between us and some of the other incubator leaders in Fyrklövern. Through the exchange of experience, we have learned, streamlined and developed our processes, which has made us a stronger and more competent player, with a stronger position at regional, national and international level.

Planned approach and implementation

The exchange of experiences has meant broader and deeper cooperation between corporate incubators´ leaders and employees, who had regular meetings to learn from each other. Among other things, a common IT platform for exchange of business development tools has been established and we have jointly organized and implemented the Scandinavian Startup Week, where we have taken our best startups to Britain and Canada to meet investors, get inspiration and do business.
