Access management for increased profit

Purpose and goal

The purpose of this project is to create a concept for Access Management where increased security, as well as increased profits, is achieved. Access to information is traditionally given based on the employees level within the internal vertical hierarchy, but in order to increase the profit, the persons roles in a horizontal perspective must also be taken into account. The results from the finished project will directly become a new business area within Flexeurope AB.
