Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project has focused on developing a systematic way of working for innovation and bringing in ideas that are developed and tested. The work has been led by a working group with three employees from the municipal management office and the social sector. The working group has worked on the basis of project plans. Information about the work has been done through blogs, annual reports and at executive meetings. Training and workshops have also been held for managers. Ideas have come through workshops, physical and digital mailbox.
