Important results from the project

During this phase, Steg 1, the objective of the project has been to establish a solid organisational platform in order to be able to seek and deliver a Steg2-project. The objective has been reached. The project constellation now consists of technology providers, publishers, research institutes and universities, a number of municipalities and schools as well as concerned authorities. A research institute has been established to become the host organization for the project and the relationship between all project participants has been formalised through draft project agreements.

Expected long term effects

The project constellation has grown and reinforced and the co-operation has been formalised through draft project agreements between the project participants. A Steg2-project has been planned and the constellation is ready to seek and deliver the project.

Approach and implementation

In a short amount of time and despite the fact that the project spanned over Christmas and New Year when most people are on holiday, we have been able to perform a large number of activities that have given the expected results. This is largely due to the fact that many activities had been prepared in advance, resources had been allocated in advance and many contacts had already been established. It is also due to the fact that previously we had alreay performed similar activities and based on this experience we could plan and execute the activities in a efficient way.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
