Funding from Vinnova SEK 300 000
Project duration December 2013 - August 2014
Status Completed

Purpose and goal

We have developed a business strategy for DM (business plan, trademark strategy and market plan for the dehumidification segment), and it has taken us to the national final in Venture Cup! We have also secured a good PCT patent application and are currently preparing the first reply to the Office Action.

Results and expected effects

The results of the work packages have been critical milestones in the company´s commercialization process. Thanks to this project we now have a solid and well-developed business plan that will be the foundation for a future investment round and give att stakeholders consensus on the company´s strategy and execution plan. We have also strengthened our IP protection further with a well-formulated PCT application, and has already received the first report from the patent examiner. We have developed a brand and trademark strategy for the brand Upsalite to create value in the company.
