Purpose and goal
The purpose and goal with the project was to expand our business and finance more projects through the platform. The purpose and goal of the development project was met with good results and exceeded our initial expectations. the project has definitely build a solid foundation for expanding operations nationally and internationally.
Expected results and effects
The result and expected effects is that now, after the innovation project have a better understanding of our customers. Time and the knowledge to develop the technical solution has been crucial to build the platform in line with our customer expectations. The project thus has a direct positive impact on the company in general and its ability to grow in the future.
Planned approach and implementation
With additional resources, we have been able to spend time working close to customers. We have also been able to keep us very close to the original plan of implementation. Within the company, it has been mainly the marketing side and the programming side who have been deeply involved in the project, which has also been one of the success factors. The combination of technical knowledge and customer knowledge led to a very good end result.
