Purpose and goal

The visualization table - Top-up project objectives are to: - Strengthening and developing our offer for approaching new business areas and to attract customers and projects with high innovation and development potentials. - Gain a better understanding of todays users and the needs of customers, thus to get better insights and become more relevant to our customers innovation, and research & development management. - Better and more efficient handling of IPR, which should lead to simplification, harmonization and increased revenues.

Expected results and effects

Results of the project are now being put into operation. The expected impact is to attract new, innovative collaborations mainly with SME s and to expand two new business areas. Strategies for customer values, project collaboration and improved management will be implemented. Which should lead to better results, more efficiency and professionality, than can attract more and longer customer relations and partnerships.

Planned approach and implementation

The project has been implemented in accordance with the initial project plan. The support of the development project and the project has been very valuable. Through activities and coaching, we have acquired new knowledge, new insights and experiences which have improved the conditions to succeed in achieving the project objectives. Worskhops - User Day - in order to better understand existing customers and users have become of great success for all parties and stakeholders.
