Purpose and goal

Since we informed Vinnova that the project is not yet complete, we can not describe fulfillment. The project aims to develop a tool that describes the most performance-driving factors in elite sports clubs in order to improve both the individuals, groups and clubs´ achievements. In addition to map and describe the most performance driveen factors in the sport is the main objective of the project is to transfer this knowledge to worklife.

Results and expected effects

Since we informed Vinnova that the project is not yet complete, we can not describe effects. The project will profile Sustainable Performance activity even clearer towards ´performance´. Today there are no appropriate tools for the sports world which opens up a whole new market. Given the strong brand that elite sport has in Sweden and abroad would success in this market would mean huge deal for the brand.

Approach and implementation

Since we informed Vinnova that the project is not yet complete, we can not describe the analysis. The project includes studies of six to eight elite sports clubs representing four elite sports and four small / medium sized successful businesses in highly competitive buisnesses. The implementation includes interview, document analysis, analysis and scientific report and the development and validation of quantitative mapping tools. The project will associate itself with a referencegroup consisting of successful sports and business leaders.
