Planned approach and implementation
Produktionslyftet is a coherent national and regional program with national quality assurance, development and coordination, as well as driving force in eight regions, with research institutes, universities, IUCs, Teknikföretagen (the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries), trade union IF Metall and other regional actors. We have three clear areas in the work towards companies. Initially, motivation to develop their business is created. As a next step, they are offered education for enterprise-based resources. The third part is coaching in the change process.
