Purpose and goal
The goal is to create a process model and a ´multicultural innovation space´ to help young people from different cultural background to create ideas and innovative business concepts. Step 1- Together with the young people develop tools for creativity Step 2-36 young people are trained in creativity by 3 interactive workshops Step 3 - 24 young people go from idea to innovative business concept by 5 interactive workshops Step 4 - young people are guided to other players for commercialization
