Venture Challenge-driven innovation - Phase 2 Collaboration

Purpose and goal

The purpose of TermoNet is to create a collaborating cross-industry-wide innovation ecosystem, with the goal of testing and verifying new innovations through a number of prototypes - new combinations of technology and business models, which have not yet had a commercial breakthrough. Project partners are from industries that usually never cooperate. Our vision is to "Capture waste heat, regardless of temp and disconnect supply from demand in time and place." This is done through minimal utilization of primary energy (electricity).

Expected results and effects

MAIN OBJECTIVES 1) Verified prototypes 2) Verified feasibility studies 1) Verified prototypes -The function of the subsystem solutions identified and verified with prototypes. -Requirements specifications and new business models verified. -Complete LoI / agreement prepared. 2) Verified feasibility studies -Export potential verified and quantified, for IT, FR, DE, NL. -Complete LoI / agreement prepared to be able to decide start / investment. -Municipal plans to phase out fossil fuels in districts and reduce bottlenecks in local electricity networks.
