Purpose and goal
Regardless of their parents educational background Teach for Sweden wants every child to get the oppertunity to succeed in school. Teach for Sweden works with leadership.
Results and expected effects
Teach for Sweden attracts more people to the teacher profession working with the aim to work for an equal school system.
Approach and implementation
By building processes regarding recruitment, selection, training and placement Teach for Sweden managed to place eight - nine candidates in classrooms in need.
