Purpose and goal
The project has had the following expected results: - Develop a detailed needs analysis for a digital ecosystem for the school feeding program - Establish a network of collaboration partners - Elaborate an implementation plan for step 2. The three results have been achieved through activities consisting of workshops, interviews and dialogue with collaboration partners.
Expected results and effects
A detailed implementation plan for step 2 has been developed together with a needs analysis and terms of reference for our solution. A network of collaboration partners have been established. Preparations for the application for step 2 have been carried out.
Planned approach and implementation
The project has identified two general conclusions/needs: - In several processes within the school feeding program relevant data is not being collected. - When data is collected, it is not processed, visualized or analyzed in a way that it can be used to support proper management of the school feeding activities from a sustainability perspective.
