Purpose and goal

The purpose of the Project was to create a model for analysis of sustainability in the innovation network and to include sustainability aspects into all the activities of Skåne Food Innovation Network.

Results and expected effects

This Project has developed a model for analysis of sustainability in innovation processes in the Food Innovation Network. It has also produces a work method for use of the analysis model. This workning model is of great importance for the development och innovative food, drinks and meals.

Approach and implementation

This project was initiated by the board of Skåne Food innovation Network. A team with representatives fråm SP Bioscience, Lund university - School of Economics & Managemnt and CIRCLE worked as external reviewers. The result of the interaction and the report from the team is now the foundation for strategic choices of innovation projects and evaluation of sustainability in ongoing projects. Vinnväxt/Vinnova provides comparative stuies togerther with other Vinnväxt winners. A scenario method is developed and used. It will contribute with work methods for sustainable innovation
