Purpose and goal

The aim of strengthening the company´s position and launching this strategy have been met. The project has largely achieved its objectives. OBJECTIVE: Market analysis - Strategy Three analyzes have been made and will in the end of the year result in a first go-to-market strategy. OBJECTIVE: Treatment of patent portfolio The patent portfolio has been transferred to a patent agency with special expertise in the medtech area, work is progressing according to plan. OBJECTIVE: Clinical evaluation and initiated ´investigator´s brochure´ The clinical evaluation work has been initiated.

Expected results and effects

The project has resulted in a first go-to-market strategy. The project has given a greater knowledge of the special needs associated with the product. The project has led to increased insight into the competitive situation. Thanks to the knowledge and the network created during the project we will be able to ensure the development of the product and the company. During the project patent application examination has further increased the chance for a good patent protection.

Planned approach and implementation

Invent Medic is working in a Virtual Company Modell and use exclusively external resources. The project was implemented by consultants with experience in business intelligence and market strategy through searches and data collection from public sources, by identification and by conducting interviews with experts in the field of female incontinence. The data was analyzed and compiled in cooperation with the company strategy. During the project, the examination of patent applications handled according to the standard of a patent agency with special expertise in the medical field.
