Purpose and goal
IoT for Sweden identified a need to clarify where and how to best stimulate development of IoT in Sweden. The program also identified a need to improve it´s communication in order to better connect actors and increase share of insights and knowledge generated in the program.
Expected results and effects
The resulting conclusion was that the program should focus on IoT implementations within welfare and cities. A communications strategy was also defined as foundation for a new approach resulting in better engagement and improved reach in efforts to share program news, results and knowledge generated in the projects.
Planned approach and implementation
The process focused on open inclusive workshops where a wide representation of stakeholders could participate. Decisions were made by the board. Activities were carried out by the program office, and supervised by the board.
