Important results from the project
The overall aim of the eGovernment research network is to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking between researchers, practitioners and policy makers. Through the network, members can: * Find new cooperation opportunities * Collaboration across scientific disciplines * Disseminate research results and new knowledge * Jointly discuss and illuminate the area of knowledge * Promote the development of knowledge and create synergies Our view is that the network through the activities and website fulfills its purpose and goals.
Expected long term effects
Since the network was initiated, the network has arranged a couple of network meetings every year. A recurring activity is arranged at Offentliga Rummet and additional seminars are held at different locations in Sweden. The geographic variation has proven to be positive, as meetings in southern and northern parts of the country attract different participants.
