Purpose and goal

In autumn and winter 2013/2014 , the project has been organized, launched and started. This means some concrete steps are taken: Strategic intelligence coverage has helped to specify the project plan Project organization is decided on and staffed A communicator/coordinator is recruited The recruitment of 10 municipalities is conducted Consultants are under purchase A plan for stage two is decided on The main project begun in early April The targets set for the project´s first phase is thus fulfilled. The other targets remain within the main project.

Results and expected effects

The inspirational seminar that the project had in late January was visited by, and/or seen by 63 municipalities who were told about the project. Ten municipalities has now been recruited and will be working together with SALAR to find the success factors that help create innovative solutions.

Approach and implementation

A common feature of previous successful international examples has often proven to be service design. The main project, which began in early April 2014, therefore has its base in service design, and how it can be used as a method of innovation.
