Purpose and goal
This application for a planning grant concerned Dr. Robert Hrelja, currently employed at VTI, and as a Research Leader at K2 (the National knowledge center for public transport).
Expected results and effects
The project resulted in a complete VINNMER application for a three-month research stay at the University of Leeds.
Planned approach and implementation
The planning grant was used to visit British universities to discuss a full VINNMER application.
