Prestudy Test Bed citizen-centered local health care

Purpose and goal

The feasibility study has established collaboration between partners and other relevant actors. A clear plan, a framework and a structure that describes the development and establishment of the test bed is designed. The pilot study aims to create a model of test bed to support the development of new innovative solutions with a greater focus on the individual and the networks that exist around the person, in the form of relatives, care providers and other community functions, leading to a higher quality, greater security and more efficient resource utilization.

Results and expected effects

A clear plan has been developed that describes the creation of reality custom, the environment(s) and the development of processes and work for test bed operations. The test bed consists of a framework and a structure focused on interactive learning. Collaboration with relevant stakeholders in order to develop and establish test bed is established. Draft of a business model of the packaging offering is initialized. Agreements that govern the management of intellectual property rights and exploitation will be lifted into the following project application to VINNOVA.

Approach and implementation

The feasibility study has worked well in conjunction with other partners. The feasibility study has been supplemented with the Association of Norrbotten and some municipalities. When it comes to consumers / patients they will be involved in the development of the project. The project team has worked in workshops as well as working in personal or virtual meetings. Activities have been performed to establish a constellation, plan operations and funding. A need analysis based on use cases have been discussed and used to develop the test bed.
