Purpose and goal
The purpose of step I was to develop a plan for organizing an innovation challenge in autumn 2014. The goals has been fulfilled, a plan has been developed, the constellation has been coordinated and an application for the second application rounds has been produced.

Approach and implementation
The project was executed through a series of workshops, facilitated by the competition company Sqore. The result was delivered as a concrete project plan.
