Purpose and goal
The project has resulted in academic and practitioner papers. We have also held workshops with partner companies and companies outside the project. The project team has supported participating companies and implementation-oriented knowledge intermediaries, to benefit from several new product-service development methods and reach global markets. Development and implementation activities related to PSS methods have been carried out as planned through close collaboration among the researchers, the participating firms and knowledge intermediaries.
Expected results and effects
The project team has successfully completed literature review studies, exploratory case study interviews, global survey studies and practical experiments through close cooperation among researchers, partner companies and knowledge intermediaries. The key focus during the project has been to develop, implement, disseminate new and validated PSS methods for cost-effective customization and servitization of product-service offers for Swedish manufacturing companie.
