Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project has been to explore solutions to provide help online for job seekers. Getting a new job is hard, time consuming and boring. Many people procrastinate which means the time to get a new job increases for the individual and the cost gets higher for the orgnizations offering them help. In this project we´ve built a prototype of a tool that makes the job of getting a job, easier.
Expected results and effects
The primary goal of the project was to create a proof-of-concept to validate the idea and make a decision wether or not to start offering this as a product to existing and new clients. The goal of the project has been reached. We´ve seen that the customer need is there and we´ve already in the prototype been able to deliver on it. The product is running with a few select clients and the development will be continued.
Planned approach and implementation
We´ve made several studies to validate our assumptions. 50+ interviews, 100+ customer conversations, and analysis of web trafic to name a few. We´ve used an explorative design approach to continuously test concepts and evalutate with users. And we´ve built two prototypes and selected one to proceed with.
