Purpose and goal
The acute pre-hospital care faces major challenges. New care-processes and methods calls for co-operation and exchange of information and high-quality supporting ICT-solutions. Demands on standardization, holistic thinking, care knowledge, verification in real settings and openness among all actors involved are necessities for success. Metis will benefit from a unique regional situation when it comes to actors and knowledge domains in order to form a national platform and test bed, enabling sustainable development, growth and care development.
