Purpose and goal
Maker Tour is a mobile platform - a travelling inspirational workshop which can be moved around between different locations in Sweden, such as schools, shopping centers, libraries, festivals, and Science Parks. Maker Tour´s main task is to spread the maker movement´s spirit and idea across the country and have more children and young people to realize that they can create themselves and together with others. The primary target group is children and young people - tomorrow´s innovators, but also teachers and people who work with children and young people.

The cooperation with Mot Nya Höjder continues during 2017. Maker Tour has attracted two business partners Google CS First and Clas Ohlson in 2016 made it possible for the tour to visit around 20 public places where we would not reach otherwise. The tour has attracted two corporate partners for 2017.
