Purpose and goal
The purpose of the learning project has been to describe and analyze the features of and experiences from the pilot interventions. What seems to work and under what conditions? One important part of the learning project has been to serve as a dialogue partner to Vinnova and to present conclusions about the pilot initiatives as well as recommendations for possible further calls. In accordance with this, an ongoing dialogue with Vinnova, with the reporting of results and joint analysis, has occurred. The results of the learning project are also presented in the attached final report.
Expected results and effects
The conclusions from the learning project hopefully constitute useful input to Vinnova´s continued efforts in this field. Some conclusions are: The ability to purchase relevant services, as well as to absorb results from interventions, need to be strengthened within the public organizations, in order for the interventions to have desired effects. The role of the researchers, in relation to the consultants, need to be more clearly defined. Greater knowledge is needed about how to create practical collaboration agreements and partnerships between public and private sector.
Planned approach and implementation
The learning project was conducted using a qualitative approach, based on understanding and dialogue. Interviews were conducted with people working with, or relating to, the projects. Ongoing dialogue with those responsible at Vinnova has taken place, as well as participation in workshops organized within the pilot initiatives. Document studies have been a recurrent element of the learning project. The assignment has also included working with a questionnaire to the projects in one of the calls. The design and implementation of the learning project has worked well.
