Purpose and goal

Krinova´s operations have been further developed to be even more adapted to the target group of companies and entrepreneurs. The co-creative approach in philosophy and practice has been further developed and open and challenge-driven innovation has been conducted towards and with our companies in both the direct work with them and in our community activities.

Expected results and effects

Business Designers has increased the competence at Krinova and the value that these will create for our companies and entrepreneurs with innovations. The work leads to an increased number of 10/10/10 companies where more jobs are created, increased sales and profitability are the effects. In the latest impact report released by Krinova, more than 1100 jobs had been created and there has been an increase in sales among startups of about 200% and among SMEs of about 40% over a five-year period in the companies that support the innovation arena.

Planned approach and implementation

Business Designers has been to various ERFA meetings during the project period, it has been selected Business Designers who have attended specific ERFA meetings after internal needs analysis. New appointments to further develop the co-creative approach and the work have taken place on an ongoing and strategic basis based on customer value and needs. Krinova has also reviewed and updated tools and methods, partly through regular meetings with Business Designers and in close work with customers.
