Purpose and goal

The aim of the project was to thoroughly review our intangible assets and develop a strategy to secure our opportunities to do business abroad, attract venture capital and strengthen the competitiveness of companies in the long term. We have now done a review of our assets, identified opportunities and shortcomings and a list of measures on how to proceed in practical implementation. The purpose of the project is thus fulfilled.

Expected results and effects

We now have a developed strategy for our management of intangible assets and a list of measures for deficiencies and opportunities that will be implemented during the autumn. It is an expected effect that we will significantly improve the company´s opportunities to expand internationally and build value in the company.

Planned approach and implementation

The project started with a survey and gap analysis of our existing intellectual assets and protection. In connection with this, a survey was also made of our market position, competitive situation and overall business objectives. This was documented in a report that included analysis and preparation of strategic recommendations and, where appropriate, proposals for policy development. The report also produced concrete measures to be implemented during the autumn.
