Purpose and goal
The main aim of the project is to develop a commercial IP strategy to support and develop the business of eDNA solutions AB. This involves an overview of the IP and technology of the company now and in the future. The end result of the project is a concrete strategy for how the company should work with IP-questions.
Expected results and effects
The deliverables of the project are an overview of eDNA Solutions’ Intellectual Assets, the business eco system and stakeholders surrounding eDNA solutions and a description of the commercial role of IP and priorities for IP, secrecy and technology control and how to implement this in the company. This will be described in a final document outlining relevant activities over time.
Planned approach and implementation
The work in the project will be conducted together with AWA strategy in Gothenburg and will be divided into six parts. 1. Review and analysis of eDNA solutions business and technology. 2. Review and analysis of relevant stakeholders and of the business eco system. 3. High level patent mapping of key stakeholders, or key intellectual assets. 4. IP strategy development. 5. Draft IP strategy review. 6. Reporting Points three and four above will be conducted by an external consultancy company while the rest of the work will be conducted by eDNA solutions together with the external consultancy.
